The First 100 Years of St. John's Church, Torquay

Date: 1 December 2021

Torquay Museum Society Lecture
By Phil Badcott
10.45am - 12 Noon

Using images and documents from the archives of St John’s Church and the museum, Phil Badcott tells the story of how, why and when Torquay’s finest Grade I listed church was built. Its history is sometimes humorous and sometimes surprising, but it always fascinating.

Lectures are free of charge to Torquay Museum Society Members. But the general public are also welcome to attend - £5 per ticket, payable on the door.
